When it comes to coaching, we offer a variety of expertly designed options. For athletes, especially novice, who want a fully structured and developed program, we offer weekly schedules with every single workout written in detail, from warm up to warm down. For people interested in a bit more flexibility, we offer less developed programs where you can create some of your workouts based on a weekly workload zone schedule that we recommend. Unique to our site are specialized programs that serve the purpose of training you in a specific sport while maintaining the other two. These programs are highly detailed and are recommended for those athletes who, for any one of a number of reasons (eg. specific weaknesses, etc.) are struggling to improve in a specific sport.

This program is written in detail with the duration, volume, and intensity of every workout carefully outlined. All workouts have specified sets if applicable (LSD ride obviously will not have any sets involved). Weekly schedules are based on a season plan and are sent to you by email or posted on the site weekly or monthly (whichever you prefer), for only you to see. Email consultations are unlimited, and you have a priority in attending the camps. An optional six month commitment entitles you to a free stroke analysis every two months by video (record your training session and send us the disc (DVD or Quick Time file) for us to analyze and give you feedback.

ZONES AND
TRAINING
DURATION


This program is based on a season plan and specifies the training duration, volume and intensity with the duration of each set. You get a chance to develop a set for a specific workout based on the instructions we will provide when you sign up. We'll email you a document that explains in simple language how to create sets for each zone. Weekly schedules are based on a season plan and are sent to you by email or posted on the site weekly or monthly (whichever you prefer), for only you to see. Email consultations are unlimited, and you have a priority in attending the camps. An optional six month commitment entitles you to a free stroke analysis every two months by video (record your training session and send us the disc (DVD or Quick Time file) for us to analyze and give you feedback.

PLAN


This is a season plan only, with a six month minimum commitment. You will receive instructions on how to make a weekly schedule based on the plan we created for you. Once you learn a few of the basics, it will be simple to do. This option is great for those who have a basic understanding of training and need more flexibility in their weekly routine. Email consultations are unlimited, and you have a priority in attending the camps. Your six month commitment also entitles you to a free stroke analysis every two months by video (record your training session and send us the disc (DVD or Quick Time file) for us to analyze and give you feedback.

SWIMMING
SPECIFIC
PROGRAM


This program is designed to improve your swimming. Each weekly schedule will include 5-6 swimming sessions. Cycling and running will be reduced to a maintenance level (2-3 sessions per week). Tests are scheduled to monitor your progress monthly. Weekly schedules are based on a season plan and are sent to you by email or posted on the site weekly or monthly (whichever you prefer), for only you to see . Email consultations are unlimited. This program is designed to improve your running. Each weekly schedule will include 6-9 running sessions. Swimming and cycling will be reduced to a maintenance level (2-3 sessions per week). ONE ON ONE SWIMMING SESSION One hour of stroke work and stroke analysis with a coach explaining and demonstrating proper technique and drills. 80
ONE ON ONE CYCLING SESSION One hour includes bike fitting (both road and TT), pedal stroke analysis on compu-trainer, introduction to and explanation of basic cycling technical elements (cornering, braking etc.) and basic cycling drills. 60
ONE ON ONE RUNNING SESSION One hour includes running technique analysis, introduction to basic running drills and proper technique. 60

ONE ON ONE
ALL THREE SPORTS SESSION

Two to three hour session includes all that's mentioned in swimming, cycling and running sessions, and the introduction to basic triathlon technical elements such as transitions, race logistical planning etc. 180
